Relax. I'm 24 and jb foids still check me out and give ioi. At the gym a lifting partner who was 18 thought I was the same age as him. People seem surprised I'm not in high school. Overall good. I got lucky though as despite fucking up with marijuana smoking and aderall abuse I look good still. Probably cause I did it in phases and never continuously abused it as well as my family and extended family in general looking younger then their age. Still though I cleaned up my act and been sober for almost a year now.

Most important thing: Sunscreen. Apply first thing in morning. Invest in dark curtains as well. Sun will age you fast

Additional skin care things- tretinoin+hyaluronic acid+vitamin c serum
Additional supplementation- collagen pills , or bone broth

Habits: Do weightlifting, and regular intense cardio at least twice a week. Also play sports as well ( if you do outdoor then apply sunscreen).

-avoid any smoking at all including marijuana. While marijuana smoking seems from my experience and others to do much less aging then tobacco smoking, its not worth it.
-Avoid binge drinking. Stick to one shot
-Avoid tanning ( get a good glow from eating carrots)
-Get as much sleep as needed to fill fully rested ( take magnesium and zinc 30 minutes before sleeping for good sleep, and if your still feeling stressed then ashwaganda)
