I discovered a Vitamin A cream (20 000 IU)

Hey guys,today,in bathroom i discovered this vitamin a cream...
I am currently using retin a and accutane so because i apply retin a the evening,should i apply this cream during the day ?
In the medicine,it's said that we can apply morning and evening,so i don't think sun is a problem.

Accutane is already megadosed vit A. Don't know why you'd add more, unless you just WANT more sides.
