I decided I'm gonna do mega isolation and only hit one or two muscle groups per session to grow them faster n no legs cuz I alr have plenty of legs :forcedsmile:

dude no. that does not work long term. i can dm you an actual training plan that will grow you

:ROFLMAO: yes man and i can give you advice that will do that for you. obviously your genetic factors like clavicle and waist size matter, but the way you train is important too
