I do absolutely nothing for skincare

Niacinamide, tranexamic acid, BHA, Vitamin C, Vitamin A derivatives

Should they be stacked on top of eachother for optimal results and if so which ones?
Ideally you should choose 1 antioxidant and use that in the morning, before SPF to protect the skin as much as possible.

And then at night the vitamin A derivative.

You can stack stuff as long as you tolerate it, but it’s the same as most things. Each new thing you stack becomes less useful since the previous ingredient is already doing a lot of the work.

There are GHK-Cu serums and they have a greater effect on the face than injected GHK-cu.
Yep, this could be true but it depends on the dose too.

We’d have to compare if a 1% copper serum is better than 5mg daily of GHK-CU . Who knows? It hasn’t been tested really.

Is vitamin C the antioxidant?

Yes, also niacinamide or azelaic acid.

Tranexamic acid can also be good in serums to prevent hyperpigmentation.

But again, the thing that’s going to prevent hyperpigmentation and skin aging the most is SPF, not Vitamin C or any other serum 👌🏻

A basic regimen with cleanser - treatment - moisturizer - sunscreen (in the mornings) should be used by everyone. Tret is a good active ingredient but if you don't use a good moisturizer and most importantly a good sunscreen you might as well not use anything at all.
People will pin ghk-cu but not use a serum that has a far greater effect on facial skin; I just can't comprehend this.
If you need a skincare routine youre most likely eating shit, saying its a grey take that your skin reflects your inner health is retarded. Gut health = skin health

Not necessarily. Accutane is like 10x more powerful than other retinoids
Yeah, you're right, thats actually true but the mechanisms of action are hardly comparable. We definitely need more studies on GHK-Cu.

Yeah you can stack them but:
- You should only use 1 exfoliating ingredient (so don't mix vitamin A derivatives with BHA, azelaic acid or AHA for example)
- You should only use one highly concentrated active ingredient per morning/night (so don't use both a retinol serum and a vitamin C serum in the morning for example)

My recommendation for active ingredients:

Morning: Vitamin C or niacinamide (can be combined with tranexamic acid)

Evening: Vitamin A derivative

There are also a lot of moisturizers which have small concentrations of active ingredients in them.

its ok that you cope with muah „skincare routine“ „am pm routine“ if you believe in that goyslop go put in on your face lil bro

Still kinda stupid, strong retinoids are some of the best things for anti ageing and acne can come from non health reslted stuff like dht and just bad genetics for cellular turnover, of course you should block dht most of the time but most here are still developing and therefore should exept for maybe with ru58841

No,hormones and genetics for collagen and cellular turnover and then also imflamation affects your skin, also things like climate so humidity and heat affects it also things like how much you sweat etc, also skin sensitivity affects it, retinoids, moistueriser and sunscreen is pretty much essential for everyone to have good skin for a long time

I agree with everything in terms of climate, humidity and air quality in general (for example working in a dirty place etc) as for skincare regimen only retinol but everything else no, a tallow based/beeswax moisturizer is perfect too

Stuff like cleanser etc just damage your skinbarrier, I wont even go into sunscreen but thats prolly where opinions go in a completely different direction, imo that sun is being pushed by certain agendas to be bad.

I mean beef tallow kinda works since it is good at keeping in moisture and is nourishing but i dont see a reason to pick it since it is comodogenic and has no humectants whoch is kinda needed for a lot of people unless you live close to the equator. It also doesnt have hydration boosters amd has a shorter shelf life

It kinda works but its not a good option when you have better moistuerisers on the market

Uv damage is also the leading cause of photoageaing and sunscreen is the best way to keep your elastin and collagen in your skin as you age so you avoid things like smile lines and wrinkles. Retinoids also make you more photosensitve making the suncreen more important

Sunscreen is probably the most important thing for skincare

No, the sun is radiation and damages you, fuck up your dna and just fucks your body up, more than a small amount of sun exposure in low uv is bad fpr you. This is one of if not the most well documented thing in dermatology.

Dont even wash my face or rinse it with water.

I only occasionally splash my face when I bathe.

Acne should be fixed from the inside out. If youre naturally sensitive to acne, but skin is clear without needing any form of skincare its a testimate your actual health
This is bullshit, I eat nothing and still have brutal cystic acne. I literally food fast for an entire week and still have acne. I am gonna nuke my microbiome with antibiotics and then hopefully things will be fixed.

Just look at white people in hotter climates like australia and southern usa, all age like milk
