I do not think my girlfriend loves me anymore

we've been dating since we were 14 (both 16 now) and she just doesn't seem to look at me the same anymore, I think I've descended because when I was 15 I was easily a hmtn or lhtn and now I would say I'm a lltn or mltn as I've gained like 30lbs and am like 35% bf (210lbs at 6'1) and have gotten a buzz. This is because i got into a crash like 3 months ago but still I feel like I need to do something to lose weight. She's started making excuses to not talk to me anymore and avoid me aswell as stop texting me almost completely, basically im asking whether or not to ropemaxx.
