I think I always ate around 5000 to 6000 calories a day. I am used to it. Now I have tried to lose weight but you have to eat ridiculously little. And I wonder how do you guys do it. I mean just a small breakfast. Then maybe a plate of noodles and then your calories are already used up. It's crazy. How can all you guys eat so little? I feel like I'm starving to death when eating 2000 calories a day.
