Surgeries are expensive and money hard to earn.Most guys here don't realise that.I was born with a silver spoon and used to be one of them too but only after I started doing jobs did I realize how hard it is to make money.I am keeping all my surgeries to the bare minimum and honestly I don't need too many either.

Actually MSE+IMDO is quite cheap here.Dr Sunil Richardson a Stanford graduate board certified surgeon does them for $5K but I don't want that.Jaw implants are cheaper and do the job just fine
