I do this for younger women, older women be damned

Older women often point out how skinny I am, telling me that I should bulk up because "women like muscular guys". But when they say that, they don't mention something very important: an obsession with bulky men is much more common among older women. Yes, the used-up hags that we couldn't care less about.

I'm not doing all this looksmaxing thing for them, I'm doing it for the younger ones, who have more quality and appeal.

The idea that only old women like bulked men has no real evidence. Being super or bulky is fine. As long as you’re at a healthy body fat range and have a muscular base.
