Also, windows have a disabled admin account, you can enable it and then you get full access to pc. Google it. It's sort of an exploit.

You can. Pretty much anything at all. Only what matters is architectural compatibility and file system format, but it's not 80s, for this to be of any problem anymore. Everything is dumbed down, you don't even have to know anything or understand anything at all anymore.

It's same as usb. I've used some old phones for exactly that as I didn't have usb drive.

If it's windows, you can do literally ANYTHING. It's full of holes, so many holes it's just swiss cheese. As long as you have physical access to it.

Keep in mind I don't have access to usbs or another computer and I can't run any exe files on this laptop

I alr took out it's cmos battery and I don't see a difference

CMOS is for motherboard passwords/settings.
Not sure what you mean.
If you want to do something to windows, the short answer is you can do whatever you want to. It's all about finding a way to do it. As long as you can have physical access to the hardware and not some "cloud computer".

Ya bro I'm tryna reset my school's pc to THEN save my pc files on it to THEEEEN reset my pc and get my files back

Cause rn my laptop doesn't read my desktops HDD
