You don't need any plastic surgery, because the problem was never your looks. It was and it still is your brain, and the only thing to fix that would be therapy. I'm not sure if I would recommend medication, but if your brain is that way due to chemicals then I think only chemicals could fix it.

My mum definitely has a hunch about it I broke down last summer after I failed my exams.And most of my life my parents neglected me because I became a failure.My dad used to be very close to me but now he’s ashamed to even mention me which I don’t blame him for it.I not only fucked my own life but I fucked their lives up as well

Maybe your parents are that way because their parents were that way with them, so they think it's ok to be more on the neglecting side, but know deep down they love you man, no one else loves and cares about you more than they do, never forget that. What you also shouldn't forget is by taking your life, you hurt the only two people that cared that deeply. Other people will eventually forget and heal from your loss but your parents never will.
