I dont believe anyone claiming 22'+ bideltoid

Brutal to be not properly wider than your height in ratio. Your not bad but get to 22 bare min for that height. Do you train shoulders?
I used to be a specimen. When I was 16, I lost 30 kg of fat and got lean—sitting at about 5'11" and 70 kg. But I used to get into fights a lot and ended up getting injured as a result. Lowkey, I haven’t worked out in months.
But after these exams? I’m coming back. I’m competing again and going ham.

do you think my stack + full body 5 days a week + 300kcal caloric deficit can get me close to it?

i'm slightly underweight, slightly skinnyfat
you wont reach that in a single cycle.

You can maybe get there after a year using various bulking and cutting compounds.

Dont think about reaching the goal, think about doing the work

A lot of people here think one cycle is going to make them Superman.

It takes multiple cycles and many years unless you're genetically gifted, which, let's be honest, not a lot of people here are.

90% of the gym industry is not genetically gifted. But even then, bare minimum It's going to take years to actually look impressive, not even i, look as impressive as I should. I should be even bigger. I should be even leaner. I should look even more wider, but it's gonna take me even more years to get there.

I understand the physique inflation, but i'm not trying to look like zyzz in 1 cycle, because i understand this is impossible. i wanna look like vinniehacker, a skinny defined ideal female gaze body, after maybe 2. maybe my expectations are still far from reality, but i'll focus on doing the work more than wanting the outcome instantly, as OP's said.

Yeah, but I'm just putting a reminder because TikTok has ruined people's idea How long does shit takes.

Remember, if people are willing to lie about their height, who's to say they're not willing to lie about how long they've been taking gear? or even how much. It's all about giving the idea that you are genetically gifted and they are not. So they'll say, oh, I'll only take this much, and I've only been doing it this long. It must be good genetics hehhehehe 😎😎😎😎😎

Meanwhile, they've probably been on gear for a few years, even before they said they were. And yes they look natty even when they're on gear because it takes years to actually get a good impressive physiques.

Kids post in their bodies while on gear, and everyone's like, huh, you're taking all that just to look natty?

People's expectations are ruined from all the lies that influencers have told

And this is why I am not the most favorable influencer right now. I fell off because I was way too autisticly honest and it was data driven. I didn't suck up to no one. I didn't fucking sell any course and I wasn't willing to lie my way through it. Honest people do not always get honest great results.

Actually, being too honest can make you an outcast.

Build mass. Get on hormones. In your case it's absolutely justified and needed. Do not delay your entire life would improve too.

And I'm saying this as a friend. Kinfllter benefit tremendously getting on hormones
Already registered to an endocrinologist. Will be lifefuel if they prescribe me TRT.

I admire you taking the correct path, while knowing this world is built on lies and false expectations. being sincere is, in fact, weird these days. wish you well brother
