Actually I disagree, I think it's helpful if you want to go all out for looksmaxxing but until they find a safer way to do it I'm not gonna get the surgery. I'm just sticking to face, since at 5'9.5" I can reach a solid 6' in boots and some lift. Canthalplasty, jaw fillers, and rhino. But if they find a way that doesn't take years to recover from I'd def do it, as 5' 10" morning to 6' 2" morning is HUGE for halo with a good face.

I wish you well on your path my nigga, the thing is that you wont ascend with LL, you need at least 5 inches to have tall halo(and not in all countries), stretching 5 fuckin inches will leave you with:
1 - fucked up proportions
2 - fucked up mobility

with the money you'll spend with LL you can become a literal male model with facial surgeries while still being able to fraud height with just some simple lifts
