I dont believe my IQ can be increased any Further at 33yo, because my Fluid iq loss with age outpaces the crystallized IQ gain.

In fact crystallized IQ doesnt Matter and Fluid iq keeps declining after age 20, so im only getting dumber by now at 33yo.

But it is like with muscle at the gym no, after you stop a cycle the muscle stops gaining but you still workout to maintain for as long as you can
