Well last time I've had sex was over a year ago, and I remember it always not being exactly ideal with arousal. But often alcohol is involved, weirdass one-nightstand, a dumpsterdive, etc. So there was a lot of reasons.

I doubt it man. I am happy with my looks now, I don't want it to get worse though. The PSL2.5 hell I lived in my youth is something I never want to get close to ever again.

luckily i'm quit good, at turning my thinking off. My buddhist/meditation stuff has made that one even better/easier for me. I was always decently good in putting brain off, but after meditation doing tht alot even better.
maybe that mindfullness can help a bit. for some it helps some, for some not. easy to try a bit, on youtube probs good free stuff or guided blabla on this.

for me sports also helped. like running or whatever. because than, also put brain off, and just focus on body activity only mostly.
