dude i feel that totally been there. Had this exact issue for years. Id just lay around feeling lazy n depressed but the moment i forced myself to try one thing i was hooked. Hiking helped me out personally got my mind off stuff and got me outside which is good. Start small tho, dont go hard all at once. Gotta start somewhere lol.
