i dont even recognize myself anymore

idk whats wrong with my face anymore it keeps changing every time i look at it like my eyes move around and my mouth looks wrong and sometimes i swear the reflection moves a second after i do like its lagging or thinking about what to do next and i hate it i hate seeing it cause it dont even feel like me it just stares back like it knows something i dont and i keep trying to take pictures to prove it but the photos look different every time too like its choosing how to look when i’m not watching and people keep saying im fine but i can tell they lying or they dont see it cause how could they not see how wrong it is and i feel sick looking at myself like my skin dont fit right and my body aint mine and i dont even know what i look like anymore just some copy that keeps getting worse each day

i have the same thing its dysmorphia i see faces move when they aren't i look different in other mirrors so i tend to avoid them all

I might have the same issue, almost every time i look in the mirror its a different person and i cant control it so that i can always look as the most attractive one, its like its deciding on its own how i will look every day or at least how i view myself and think i look
