I got sick for like 6 months and stopped going to school, stopped studying, stopped working out, and stopped eating. Im fine now but whenever I go out I just don’t feel real. I feel like there’s figuratively always something on my face or like something just off about me that other people don’t really have. I don’t know. But it’s killing my self confidence. I went to go buy a cart off my hb today and it was fine but I just didn’t feel like real. I dunno i’m probably retarted :feelsuhh:

Felt like that after exams since i has no gf and everyone was away for a trip so i jus decided after watching this vid to go on a very aggresive cut so i jus get most of my cardio done then eat good rest do wtv i want then train in the evening went from wating slop to meal planning with snacks i can choose

Diet really changes a lot. I’m just focusing on meeting my calorie requirements daily and going to the gym. Happy for u bro
