Honestly i was watching hamza videos and self improvement videos some of the time but there was these two months it was back in August when I just made myself stimulated from doing hard work so I edited videos all day and made money then worked out meditated ate well and slept. I'm really proud of that time and I'm going back to it for a few days here and there now but every time my momentum is getting lost from procrastinating and from myself

i get you, for a couple of months i would be locked in and be super productive then one day i would just feel a little too lazy to be disciplined and then fall down the slippery slope and slack off on everything, i find that the best way to "lock back in" is to just be more productive than yesterday everyday until you become fully locked in
