I don’t feel so good

I’m heading into insanity, I don’t think that I will do smth stupid soon but I will get sadder. I never wanted to be like this, I wanted to be normal. I don’t sleep anymore, the past 4 days I got 4 hrs of sleep each and yesterday 0. I’m ruining my life, my meds still rape me.
My routine is simple I wake up and suffer.
