Nobody chooses to be stupid, just like nobody chooses to be short or ugly, it‘s all genetics.
Stupid people would be smart if they could, but they can’t and it’s ok.

If you’re stupid, It’s ok, i just want you to know that I don’t judge you, simply because it’s not your fault. You didn’t choose your iq, you didn’t chose to be a burden to the people around you, you probably don’t even realize how annoying you are to other people, which makes you even more innocent.
