I think not in my case, at least on my dad's side of the family. In fact my paternal grandmother's parents were a 60 year old man (roughly) and a 45-ish year old woman nearing menopause. They both had other children and half-children that were older than my grandmother, however.

That said, there probably are female ancestors of most of us (myself included) that were only 12 when giving birth to our great-great-...-grandparent, but that doesn't mean we should condone this today. It's not ideal for the health of the child among other things.
