If most women would like the most dimorphic guys, and the second group of women might like slightly less dimorphic guys... there would be a sufficient number of women operating in the other extreme of this gradient... so the third group would like the least dimorphic guys... i.e. Asians
Then everything in between gets filled, with the remaining women

So this is essentially a "niche".
