I don't get thumb pulling

So pulling the sides you are just going to make your face wider. because when you pull your zygo the jaw grows with. But I am probably wrong. Correct me if

However, bone structure changes primarily due to genetics and natural development, not by manually pulling on soft tissue

"When you pull your zygo the jaw grows with it": The zygomatic bone (cheekbone) and the jaw are separate structures, so pulling on the zygomatic area wouldn’t directly affect jaw growth.
