Surgery results are unimpressive often from what I have seen from normies. Very few can or will get the required treatment to get a full SMV Makeover. A shitty rhino or some jaw filler won’t ascend u as much as we like to think

Also the blackpill is an acknowledgement of people’s genetic failures. Again I don’t see this becoming mainstream.
