I simply cannot turn my brain off.

Thats why I don't fall asleep until like 6:30 am every night.

I just think about looks, about how happy I'd be if I was gl, how great it'd be, about how sad and miserable I am now etc.

I can't cope man. I am always sad.

I usually play a long documentary or a song on yt while I play video games just to override my thoughts.

My favorite cope generally speaking is alcohol. But people don't invite me to parties anymore so thats a shame.

I used to just go there, get drunk and then ask them if they have an empty room for me to sleep in. I'd then just stare at the ceiling and actually have no painful thoughts at all.

Winter makes it worse as well. During the summer I used to rot on my bike, but now I am locked in the house with nothing but memories and thoughts

sounds like excessive importance and a combination of overvaluation and dependent relationships leading to longing to me
best thing to do in my opinion following the limited but workable info you gave me? throw your current beliefs about yourself out the window. just let go. you are't significant and you won't ever be in this infinite cosmic blend of realities. even if looks dictate your happiness and success, if you aren't able to obtain it, then why bother rotting yourself inside out from it? not to mention these destructive mindsets around material posessions makes it that much harder to ever achieve them.

in summary: just reduce the importance you project onto looks/stuff out of your control.
start studying and integrating stoicism into your life, if possible. It worked very well for me personally, but that's just my biased and perspective thoughts; take this with a grain of salt.

Barely anything changed, even tho I went from 56 kg then to 69 now

Yeah man but like, if for instance I give up on my delusional looksmaxxing plans, I have no reason to do... anything at all really?

You yourself said: "just forget about everything and study". Study for what man? I am 19 now and if this is the peak of my life, its truly sad ngl. Am I supposed to chase after an office box job?

Lastly, stoicism. Stoicism can only work if you see some meaning to begin with. "I am going through all this pain but god will reward me in afterlife".

I don't believe in God so yeah. There's no higher meaning imo

Assume instead of fantasizing and your reality will change.
