I don't have any hope if I will marry her

The reason isn't my looks that making me having no hope to marrying her,
The reason is because I live in india here's everyone so religious and cultural, so you know what I mean that every family is so strict towards their child doesn't matter if it's male or female but on the female side it's very strict, I m literally so scared of her brother because if he see us together and will know about the relationship he'll first beat me then her and change her school even if she loves me she can't do anything and I also can't do anything they'll send me jail and the police will beat me brutally, bhais i fucking hate this like we can't even do anything as a normal human being we can't even hangout and go somewhere, yeah we'll graduate we'll become adults but their will still be alot of restrictions and maybe they forcefully arrange marriage her to someone else the only way to marry her is by going against the family & doing legal court marriage but she'll hv to leave her family permanently there's no restrictions from my family so it's good
