force yourself todo so at appropriate times. You'll develop confidence, I did this and it worked despite my looks and stature disparities.
I also became low inhib by trying to practice ignoring anxiety or my thoughts during discussion. The point though is that its a fun and somewhat difficult process which is really just learning in a way. For you it'd be easier for sure, since I am ND (ADHD) and your misc/ ang is alot better than mines.
