i dont have good chemistry with my parents lately

the way they talk/act is completely fake and i also feel like my mother looks down upon me. idk what went wrong, gone are the days when i would do the simplest things and they would congratulate me. it feels like they have become strangers these days. or maybe they have been like that for more time and im just seeing it now
