For example today I’m doing side raises and besides me was a guy probably 24
he had more muscle mass than me probably but was shorter
But he doesn’t need that much space and looks smaller idk why
Can someone explain that with more muscle mass than me
Maybe because of height and bones?
Im not about comparing but I want to understand that theory
Many of the guys are jacked but some of them we have the same size +10kg muscle
