I dont know how to Formulate this, but trying to increase IQ is a Bad Idea If U dont feel like it

The more Ur able to chill and do nothing the better

Cuz during do nothing Ur subconscious gets smarter, its a Regeneration phase, many Other positive Things Happen like turboloading, its good, never force yourself to increase IQ, only when U feel so
