6'1.75. Would be taller if I ate more and didn't smoke.

6.7 normal measurement and 7.3 bp. 4 - 5 girth.
White, half Irish half Swedish, faded blue eyes, hair is golden blond in the summer and dirty blond in the winter. Tan really well (fr have Arab skin tone after a few weeks in the sun). Currently have medium-length shaggy surfer hairstyle.
Skinny-fat physique. Ribs, shoulder blades and spine are clearly visible when relaxed, man-boobs, muffin top, love handles, scrawny noodle arms with no definition (forearms are skinner than most girls), decent traps. Scrawny thighs but decent calves, ass is average. Big vascular hands.
Face: 6.6/10. Round/heart-shaped. Sunken hunter eyes, high cheekbones, George Clooney jawline, chubby cheeks, strong brow, nose is good from the side but average from the front. When slouching while sitting noticable double chin.
If I had a lower BF% I would have young Johnny Depp cheekbones and gigachad jawline so I think maxxed face would be a strong 8/10.
PLAN
Daily 20 minute workout consisting of push ups, sit-ups, barbell curls, plank and tricep dips.
Get off the bus early in the morning and walk 20 minutes to school. Will add in proper cardio when my lungs have healed and I am bigger.
Force myself to eat more, cut out junk food completely.
Nofap. Currently on a few days. Record was 27.
Quit smoking. Currently on a few hours. Record was 5 days. Will definitely start again but moderate it in a few months because a well-dressed, jacked handsome guy smoking is unbelievably based.
Buy some new clothes. I have a job and my mother said she would pay for clothes if I study hard.
Style my hair. Have wanted the Jake Gyllenhaal Nightcrawler look for a while but my hair is not currently long enough and it takes a while to style.
Drink no more than twice a month.
Cut out YouTube entirely. I am badly addicted and mindlessly scrolling rots your brain.
I try every day to attain the discipline I need to improve my life. I am getting closer.
