best advice i can give you is simple softmaxing the boring way... eat clean, sleep well and long, do activities that increase test and HG (like sprinting and sauna), and since your so young mewing and proper posture make a huge difference after a while. you can always try other maxxes but have a good routine for actual results

Eat healthy and sleep well among other obvious things like consistent weightlifting, good sleep, sun.
