I wanna get super skinny and underweight (if my growth plates are open) and see my bones, but at the same time I dont really wanna cook my energy levels. I dont wanna get bulky and have a lot of muscles, yet I also dont wanna build muscles. I dont know what body type I want. I want to look like skinny body type but then I think that wont attract the girls. What would be the side effects of starving myself and stuff? I dont know what to aim for at all. Im 17 (growth plates probably closed) 168cm, wide shoulders and around 19.6 bmi. I want my hip bones to pop out and stuff but I also dont want to cook my hormone levels ughhhh
