The main failos with your eye area is the asymmetry (right eye is negatively tilted whereas other isn't), excessive upper eyelid exposure, poor eyebrow length, density and darkness and they're too high-set. I'm not sure about the proper terminology, but to try to describe it, your temples look rather sunken. Ideally you'd want them a bit more outward. I’m not sure how much this helps but I tried to picture it for you
