I don’t know what to do to improve my looks

I have been trying to improve my looks for the past 1-1.5 years. I lost 15kg, I have skincared my way out of severe acne and also a foid friend of mine did my eyebrows some 2-3 weeks ago. My hair is pretty ass so I’d appreciate a haircut recommendation. I’ve just turned 17 and I really do hate my nose so I am planning to get a rhinoplasty once I turn 18 and have the money. Honestly I’m not really asking for a rating atp, I know I’m ltn, I’m not even trying to get attention or glaze, the inverted filter actually ruined any confidence that was left in me. I just feel ugly and other than the rhinoplasty and an eye surgery to fix my negative canthal tilt, I can’t think of anything else. I want advice, not kind comments, although I don’t really expect these in here.
