I don't know what's going on whit me

Ever since I was around 7 I was always supper hyper I don't want to say ooh I'm nd and have autism but I definitely have something wrong whit me I was always super hyper and weird where nobody wanted to hang out whit me. as a kid that's not all ever since I can remember for 7 years I've always had a voice in my head telling me stuff some bad some not once in 5 th grade I told someone and they said to talk to the school counselor and I did but they called my mom and my mom was crazy she always hit me and she's supper crazy we were parked outside of a cvs when the school called her and then she starts screaming and hitting me saying what are you telling the school if you tell them what's going whit you there going to take you to some place where they lock up people crazy like you do you want that i rember crying and saying while she was hitting me and ever since they voice is still there sometimes saying super messed up things and I tell it to shut up but ever since I never told anyone and sometimes when I'm doing something I over think things when people are around me telling me things about what there probably thinking about me making me super awkward and nervous about everything
