You have loads of time bro, I’d start out by getting a job, it doesn’t really matter what. I know it’s random but you could even get a pet or something, it gives you something to live for and could give you the motivation to start working. You should also look into getting medication for the insomnia, maybe change up your routine a bit to help you sleep well at night. As soon as one good change happens it will hopefully give you the motivation and lift your spirits a bit, then you can try to fix all the other issues.
