My right hip is lower than my left

Scoliosis? Maybe, but it should be my left hip that is lower

Shorter right leg? Don't think so. It's more that the right leg is more angled/tilted from hip to foot. But idk

It might also be that the pelvis is rotated and the right side is forward and thus appears lower (that's how the rotation works). This seems most likely, as I notice the right hip bone slightly more forward when standing, and closer to the ceiling when lying down.

But why is my pelvis twisted? I don't think it's a muscular issue. I think it's something structural. Regardless, if I raise the right leg and hip up, or rotate it backwards, my torso actually becomes more asymmetrical, as it worsens what I suspect is a left lumbar scoliosis curve in my spine. It's complex.

I have an appointment with an advanced practice physio who can refer me for x-rays, so I'm hoping they actually take me seriously. But I doubt they will. NHS wouldn't see it as worth the money. I guess private x-ray it is if not
