Yup, people really don’t wanna hear this but you need very good bones to pull off being lean, otherwise you’re just putting your recession or asymmetry on full display. Not to mention health indicators. I think people cope with leanness because it’s relatively easy to achieve but it’s the most overrated thing on here.
