Okay well why not try walk 15–30 mins a day, eat real healthy stuff (processed food is a real poison), if ur not doing it already, try sleeping more and well (like at least 8 hours) and maybe try doing a skincare routine and change and updating ur clothing style WHATEVER U DO PLS DONT DO SURGERY
