My plan to increase height is to take advantage of nurture to enhance nature, that's what I've been doing and that's what I've been telling people to do. The estrogen inhibitors are not to increase height retard, they are to keep growth plates open so you have a longer period of time to increase height by maximizing the nurture aspect. I told the kid to take Ibutamoren, which is proven to increase IGF-1 levels.

The European emigration to America increased the average height of those people by 3 inches, not through random genetic recombination but because of the increase of IGF-1 with the consumption of animal protein. Not eating meat is not a "severe caloric restriction." I don't have "cold hard evidence" and neither do you but I don't need it to give people advice. So how is ibutamoren 100% not going to work, us now agreeing that height isn't 100% genetic? I don't have the burden of proving it will work because there is no harm in taking it, its an attempt.
