Hundreds of little micro details and proportions that a surgeon can't replicate. Something you're born with and no AI or computer can replicate either. You just take a glance at the face and know it's pleasant or good looking.

On a similar vein you instantly notice if a face is unpleasant or frustrating to look at (disproportionate fwhr, too big nose, weird cheeks or eye area etc)
