there is a method that i gatekeep. i found it out on my own and anybody can do it. the top of your adams apple should have a sort of opening and you can use your fingers to pull it forward. as you are doing it you will hear your voice deepen, and consistent usage of this especially while talking will deepen your voice. i like to do it on calls as a way to practice. but i havent done much research on why this works or if anybody else has discovered this.

There is a surgery for that called thyroplasty type III it shortens/relaxes your vocal cords to make your voice deeper sounds pretty risky tho

Dude I hate how ND I sound and act. Whenever I talk I just HAVE to cough a little, it sounds so goofy and childish and I hate myself for it, but I can't help it
