At dinners I’m very serious and just act all professional and polite. I don’t like laughing or acting silly or loud because that’s just not who I am in front of others. I’ll do that when I’m with someone I’m comfortable with but when that same person is in the company of others I act like a totally different person

Yeah it’s hard when you’re with someone you’re comfortable with and can be loud and be yourself with but then others join you guys and suddenly you’re quiet and reserved even though your person is still loud and comfortable. It’s hard to explain to them that you’re only comfortable with them and not the others

i automatically shut up in groups but can be talkative with a person i feel close too....it may even be that i feel close to the other guys as well, but simply cant communicate much among them and rather be an observer

Same if im in a group of 4+ I almost always act like I didn't hear it. Or if I'm talking to someone I feel bad for or like a special person I just smile and ask them random questions. I try to be as humble as possible because I'm small
