At my old job it was a doctors office and I wanted some pity so I texted my aunt saying “we have seen so many people today. Busiest day ever. I wanna be home” and she said “that’s sad. A lot of sick people. Poor people 
“ but in my head I was like “poor people? Poor me.”
Like I’m the one who needs pity, not them. I wish my aunt said “aww don’t worry you’ll be home soon those dumb people need to grow some balls” or something
