I need to stop comparing myself to 17-22 year olds as is the norm here. Also need to stop comparing myself to Gandy and Cavill because they're are top 0.1% gigachads who have aged gracefully. And probably didn't look that good in their 20s.

I'm 29 next month. Most people my age are absolute bloatlords. The average Joe is past caring about how they look. About a wuarter of them are balding. Some looked like gymaxxed Chadlite at 21 and went through decsenscion and look LTN rn, eat shit and don't ever work out. But they don't give a fuck. Many of them are in LTRs, some even have children and they really don't give a fuck because they have maximum loyalty from their gf/wife and other priorities. I doubt some even brush their teeth or wash their face. They only probably do because of work purposes.

Meanwhile I'm collagenmaxxed, focused on being lean and eating healthy. I'm starting to mog people my age by simply maintaining my looks rather than improving it.

I am in much better shape than the average man my age (38). And look young for my age. I just have the grey hair at the temples. But dating at our age is pretty much mostly about money. Jeff Nippard-maxxing might help me in terms of opening up career opportunities for me as a personal trainer (preferably I would like to take on clients online but I'm open to the possibility of training clients IRL) and fitness influencer one day. Or starting an Onlyfans for gay men. But I'm not hopeful that gymmaxxing is going to help me attract many women at this point in my life. Women in their 30s and 40s appear to be mostly asexual and are only really interested in dating to get free shit. And women in their 20s are only interested in men my age for betabuxx. There's a reason why Amnesia lies about his age. And even he has had a cold streak recently from what he's said. And Amnesia is still in his early 30s I think. I'm practically a forum elder by this point.

I agree that simply maintaining will allow you to mog your peers but i haven't personally seen it as i don't really ever see people my age who i knew before. It's just that people stop caring once they get into ltr/married and men hit the wall too if not careful. it's over for us, single and non-nt in late 20s.
