I've never touched him or any of his belongings. My bullying wasn't that extreme, but I definitely treated him like shit.

I would make absolutely brutal remarks about how he dressed, looked, or acted, to my group of friends. And my group of friends was basically most guys in my class.
We had essentially one single male social circle in our class, and he was one of 3 kids not part of it. The social circle was 10 guys, then we had 3 guys that were outsiders or bullied (like him). So 13 guys in total and 16 girls. 29 people in total.

Everyone would make non-stop brutal remarks about this 1 guy and how much of a loser he was. He was not just ugly but also very much mentally impaired ngl. Just absolutely brutal I can't wish that life for anyone, but it was the way it was.

The other 2 guys that were not part of our male social circle. We would consider them losers, etc in our group but whatever. Those 2 guys had a certain sense of mental fortitude. They would either challenge your bullying or ignore it in a way that you didn't get much satisfaction from it. So you wouldn't bring it up much either:

There's no satisfaction in bullying someone that isn't challenging your place in the social hiearchy.

It's also imo why good-looking guys are less likely to be bullies. Simply less people challenging their position (at the top)

They were largely 'ghosts'. Nobody basically talked about these 2 guys, but they didn't have any friends in our school that we knew of either.

On the other hand though, I was at the absolute bottom of almost all social hiearchies in high-school. Many/most people probably talked like shit about me in high-school. Girls were utterly disgusted by me. I had an absolutely brutal high-school experience myself. The only thing that kept me from the absolute bottom was that I was somewhat big physically and wasn't affraid of physical confrontation.
