I don't remember anything

Every day after going to bed and waking up I forget everything I did the previous day. I used to have this problem from late August to mid October but then I got sent into a mental hospital then afterwards it stopped happening. The same occurrence has been happening for some time now and it's fucking me up a lot. Today I woke up at 4 pm because my mom started screaming at me for going home early from school for no reason, I don't remember anything that happened earlier on during the day but when I checked my school app on my phone I just have a bunch of absences from every single day because apparently I keep going home from school early without even remembering anything about it.

What the fuck is wrong with me can someone help?

idk man, did you discuss it with ur doctors?

I dont know much about psychology and stuff and this is just a theory but if you discociate heavily i think you can also start experiencing memory loss since you werent really all "there" in the time of the memory gap. Personally had issues where i didnt remember when exactly something happened and if it was yesterday or weeks ago and i think in extremer cases you can forget completely that anything happened at all

I dont know much about psychology and stuff and this is just a theory but if you discociate heavily i think you can also start experiencing memory loss since you werent really all "there" in the time of the memory gap. Personally had issues where i didnt remember when exactly something happened and if it was yesterday or weeks ago and i think in extremer cases you can forget completely that anything happened at all

i'm unable to ''enjoy'' things cuz prolly cuz i got diagnosed with depression, but i've been in denial on it because when i was in the hospital i would compare my behaviors to the other kids that had depression, and i realized i acted completely different compared to them, when they are down 24/7, i had more of an emotional rollercoaster ig?

If it is discociation its not smth you should ignore. might bd ssri induced (idk exactly how they work) but ussually discociation is ur brain coping with being overwhelmed.
