it's the quality of people too, if you go to a higher income area you'll notice people look better, they take care of themself better, leaner, sharper, actually dress well. compare this to majority of new york where it's just working class low income trash. the people here, especially the spics that crowd all the trains stink here, all sloppy, overweight, embarassing to be around. if you go to somewhere in upper manhattan the quality of people are better, you feel motivated just being around that environment

spics occupy majority of new york though, they’re the biggest ethnic minority group here. you see them everywhere, especially in the working class and low income areas, filling up entire neighborhoods and trains. no such thing as the "new york experience" if you're not in the good parts of the city, secluded away from people that dont take care of themself.

And most people in the upper class areas tend to be white though there's a lot of Asians and Indians in those area as well
