I don’t seem to sweat when working out

yeah true man, I think irl measurements would give me a more accurate result, just that they wouldnt do that at the centre haha they only do my height weight and like blood pressure or something.
If they do your height then what’s stopping them from doing waist and shoulders? Unless you never asked them, of course.
Yea true to be fair, kinda genetics and the fact that I had really bad eating problems all throughout my life, I was almost malnourished as a kid, and got bullied for being skinny. and then out of nowhere in the last 2 years I got jacked and started getting compliments and insane reactions instead :lul:

Damn. I can relate. In 2019, I got down to 52 kg. Still had a layer of fat below my belly button. :AYAYAWeird: Maybe working out can sort that out, we’ll see. I keep you updated.
 
Do you sprint or do intensive cardio? Or are you just talking about lifting. I don’t sweat a whole lot when lifting unless I’m wearing multiple layers. You should start ending your workouts with a 5-10 minute sprint or start doing shit like the bike or stairmaster, that will make you sweat for sure.
No, it’s not intensive. I do cardio as a warmup, but I’ve been told it’s a waste of energy, and I should keep it at the end of the workout. For me, however, cardio is what gets me into the mood to workout. It’s not intensive cardio, so I feel like it’s fine. I’ll try sprinting for 5-10 minutes at the end of my next session, even though I changed my mind about wanting to sweat.

Fat loss isn't impacted by sweating anyway, but I personally only sweat if I've drank a lot of water consistently for days and do an intense set.

The muscle soreness is DOMS (delayed onset muscle sorness). This happens a lot less after training a few times so keep it up :feelsgood:

exactly man. there was this one dude and back when i first started getting into the gym and i knew he was also into the gym i randomly mentioned in a conversation that i started bulking to which he laughed and said "no you're not, you've been cutting since birth" and i really didn't like that but i didn't say anything.
the same guy two years later told me to take my top off and flex in the changing rooms then came up to my outside in PE and grabbed my chest and said how tf are you so jacked :lul:

I'm guessing you're not taking gymcelling too seriously and you're just doing it for the weight loss, so you don't ever plan on injecting anything?

Which is a bad thing, because that leads to less fat loss. Any workout that I do is going to be intensive for me considering I’ve been sedentary for the last fifteen years. And yet I haven’t sweat so far, and it’s not for a lack of effort, either. I’ve been getting sore muscles, which obviously means I’m doing my best. I think the only way for me to lose weight properly is strictly through a diet, and working out is just for general fitness.

You’re right, people already corrected me very early on in the thread. So I don’t care about the lack of sweat. Also, I want to do it naturally. I don’t like relying on substances.

yeah, certainly the most important step to weight loss is a caloric deficit. Maybe like 250-500 calories below your maintenance (which if you dont know is TDEE multiplied by a certain number depending on your activity level category). The most important things in building muscle are obviously training, where the muscle is signalled to grow under stress, then sleep and sufficient / abundant protein to support hypertrophy. To be honest, I never researched this stuff excessively in depth, I just gathered knowledge on my own training journey. :PepoHappy:

As much as it takes to get rid of my belly. It’s fine if I don’t get rid of the belly fat below my belly button, but it would be nice if I did. I’ve never heard of the tren twins but yeah, if you’re introduced to something through something you don’t like (for example, the content creator, or the fans) then it’s just gonna put you off completely.

Tbh a 250-500 kcal deficit is not enough for me to lose weight. My body’s weird. I can go on that deficit and my weight will stay the same. For me, I need to be in like 750-1000 kcal deficit in order to see actual weight loss. I’m doomed. :KEKLEO: Plus if you say I have to sleep well… it’s 3:09 AM and I’m writing this. :ICANT: Joever.
